At Luvoya Fragrance Homes, we strive to provide premium quality scented candles and home fragrances. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return & Refund Timeline

Once your return request is approved and the product is received at our facility, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Domestic Orders

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

International Orders

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If 14 days have passed, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

The return request must be due to:

Manufacturing defect

Product damage during shipping

Incorrect product shipped

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you via email confirming that we have received your return.

After inspection, we will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased during sales or promotional discounts are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
